I've purchased these numerous times - not because they are bad, but because my kids are jerks and leave them at all their friends houses. So we run out, then I go buy more - i usually buy the 5 pack. I have them in the car - front seat and back seat for phones and tablets. And then have them in my living room tower that has spots for numerous items to charge, and the same in my master bedroom. I can say I've never had them fray, I've never had them get so hot that they melted my phone or almost burned my house down - but I do keep a close eye on my phones and if they do get warm, I unplug them. I love that you can get a 5 pack and keep them hidden from your children :) as you can see by the picture - this is one we use in the living room for tablets, and phones. IT GETS A LOT OF USE. its a little scratched up, but it's not bent in the metal end piece or in the rubber end piece.

These cables are great for the price. They all work well and charge my devices quickly. I like that it comes in a pack of five—super handy to keep one at work, in the car, and around the house. The build quality feels decent, and the connections are snug, not loose.One of the cables stopped working after a couple of weeks, but the other four are still going strong. For the cost, it’s still a good deal. I’d buy them again.

I bought this thinking I was getting one. LOL but they are great! If I lose one I know where the others are. Besides you can never have enough right?

The USB cables are exactly what I needed. I'm slowly starting to replace all my USB A to C cords with the braided variety because I like the durability of the braided cords and the ease of knowing that they're less likely to break if they're bent around too much. They are 6 foot length which is perfect for using around the house because I always feel like 3ft is too short and 10ft is a little too long sometimes. I would definitely recommend to others if they want good quality cords for a decent price.
