Just wanted to give a little update....so after writing my first review the company finally wants to reach out and be helpful now. They told me they would give a full refund, should be in my account in 3 days. Well it’s been 3 weeks now and still no refund emailed back and forth over that three weeks and 3 times they told me they refunded the money but still nothing. But they really hoped I would update my review for their sake. Yeah I’m updating it alright you’re a bunch of lying, scamming thieves. Update 6/27/20Product does not work as described!!!! Does not work on touch screens, it is much smaller than it appears in the pictures and is super flimsy. First time I tried to open a door with it the thing bent. Absolutely a waste of money and a scam. Contacted the seller to return the product and they were no help wanted videos of me trying to use it and even though I explained in detail what was wrong they said I needed to provide more detail. What more detail do you need it doesn’t work on touchscreens and it bends opening doors!!!

This item was a waste of money!! The add clearly said that it works on public machines such as kiosk but it does NOT!!! I work at the airport that's why I purchased this product so I wouldn't have to touch the kiosk to help passengers!! And when I tried to open the door with it, it bent half way!!! I waited a long time for the delivery, so disappointed!

Cheaply made. Don't waste your money. You're better off keeping antibacterial wipes in your vehicle and carrying one with you when out in public.
