Not titanium
These items are clearly and absolutely not titanium. The fork tines are effortlessly bent and stay bent (aluminum is malleable) and failed a glass scratch test. I own actual titanium cutlery which was difficult to bend and sprang back to original shape. (Titanium is not easily malleable). The actual titanium left the telltale scuff on glass. The aluminum glided across the glass leaving no mark. Only cost a few dollars (another clue that I should have caught), but returning immediately.

Pretty handy nowadays.
I read several reviews of these regarding them "not working right" or being "flimsy". This made no sense, since titanium and weakness don't go together. After getting them, I found the issue. Operator error. Here's a pro tip- When you unfold/open the utensil, slide the bar towards the titanium head until snug. When you want to fold it, slide it to the end and gently squeeze the handle and fold. I also slide it back towards the head after folding to keep it folded. That's it. I hope this helps...
