Makes great chicken soup.
This spice blend has become my favorite for chicken soup. Onions, carrots, chicken... maybe some small pasta or rice, maybe some spinach, perhaps squeeze of lemon and some parsley. Has wonderful depth and warmth. This is a blend for those that like rich flavors without any chili heat.
