Great mixer
A little smokey for my taste (straight, with alcohol, water, and conditioned with an oak spiral). I love it as an ingredient in a blend with Dublin stye and Irish barley - comes very close to one of my favorite Irish whiskys, at substantially lower cost. I love the ability to blend to taste on my own, tweaking recipes to my own preference.
