The seller I got this item from - Pop Culture Zone - is absolutely horrible.First, I had some very poor and unpleasant experience with their customer service when I ordered the item. I got a message that the item is out of stock so I tried to figure it out with "Pop Culture Zone" but the guy/girl who "helped" me was very rude and very un-customer-care.Eventually I got the item but it was a bit ruined:1) The bottom left hand (actually Iron-man's right hand) - you can see on the index finger that it is ruined.2) One of the magnet of one of the masks (golden part = face part) just disconnected and stayed on the head.3) Iron-man's left leg is pretty loose. much less firm and stable than it's right leg (no picture, cause I don't know how to demonstrate it in picture).I've sent this to "Pop Culture Zone", but again, I got a poor and unpleasant experience with their customer service - they did not offer me anything but to send them back the item and I will get refunded. Even though I told them the I want the item and if there is a possibility to get a new un-defected one after I send them the defected I got. But it seems that they do not want to perform this kind of service and that they do not have any responsibility regarding their product's health and the customer's satisfaction.So I paid a lot of money ($450) for a defected product, and I'm not happy.And that is that..Eran Holtzman

Repaint of mark 42.. nice figure but I would not call this a MUST for ironman collectors. It's ok but nothing new here.
