A: 20v 5 ah will go about 3 to 4 hrs, taking off 1/32” of wood constantly. 4 to 5.5 hrs with a 20v flexvolt 6ah

A: Hello, No, the product you will get here is the DCP580B planner and the DCB203 battery. There is no charger here. You could purchase the DCB203C 20V MAX* LITHIUM-ION STARTER KIT that includes a DCB203 battery and DCB112 Charger.

**Q: The product details says its 18volts. Which is it?**
A: The batteries that work with it say 20v Max.

**Q: Will this work with DeWalt 18v batteries?  And how well?**
A: It will work with 18v batteries as long as you buy the adapter Dewalt made to accommodate the older batteries. You can usually find the adapter on here for around $30-40 bucks.
