What's the difference between this product, 12K, and their other product designated 11K?

The saccharine and bitrix solutions both have a “fit test solution” and a “sensitivity solution”. I think 12k is for the fit test solution to be used during the actually fitting, and the 11k is the sensitivity solution used to determine a threshold before fitting.

What is difference between test vs sensitivity? And do I need a machine to spray it?

Not sure what difference is, but they are designed for two parts of the test - sensitivity, w/o a respirator, and full test w/respirator. You will need the atomizer to use these vials
