Refilling is a lot more of a hassle than you would think. This holds very little water, so unless you are just wiping a table down, you have to go back and refill many times while cleaning. This can get very annoying. Also, Clorox does a better job at cleaning difficult areas, so it doesn’t completely replace your current cleaner. They had a recent and sudden price jump of $50, which I noticed after purchasing another one for a friend to try, and now I am regretting choosing this one. I asked the seller about the recent price jump, and they replied with, “Yes it did. When comparing to other products that are similar and with product demands this was necessary.” No improvements or anything. They just decided we should pay $50 more now. Feeling duped. There are other ones for cheaper that hold more water.

This unit seems a little pricey, but if you consider you’ll never have to buy sanitizing wipes or cleaning sprays - and you won’t have all those plastic containers to dispose of - it will pay for itself in a reasonable amount of time. You just use tap water! The unit comes with one cartridge which probably lasts 3 months. I bought an additional 4-pack of cartridges for $39 and they’ll last a year. It’s lightweight and comfortable to hold. I can’t say how long the battery lasts between charges, but I plug it in once a week and have never had it die on me. As for the rating criteria, the “scent” is “your tap water”. “Thickness”...I don’t know what that’s supposed to refer to, so I just went with it’s easy to hold on to. And “value” has to be taken as “return on investment”...it will pay for itself.

I believe in the product - I owned the original Lotus and after 10-11 years, it failed.I believe in using oxygenated water for cleaning everything. My original Lotus cleaned vegetables and fruits - and apparently is no longer manufacutred. :-(I am very disappointed at the fine spray that is produced. I need to pump and pump it just to clean the kitchen counter. I am return it. There does not seem to be a comparable product in the marketplace, though.

I got it less than a month ago and it’s already broken.

Seems too good to be true, and I don't know what the technology behind SAO is, but this little thing really does work. No more buying spendy harsh chemicals weekly. I'm cleaning everything with it and love it.

Love it! I use it for EVERYTHING... having a baby and having one of these comes hand in hand! We dont go anywhere without it! A total life saver!
