Samsonite Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Black, Checked-Medium 24-Inch

I ordered these bags after attempting the Omni PC 28 inch. The Omni was much too large for the international flights we have planned and had to be returned. The Centric in the medium size seems to be a good size to avoid oversized baggage fees, is quite lovely in the green, has the ability to expand, seems quite sturdy, and the dual wheels allow it to move smoothly. It’s a perfect fit for my husband, son, and daughter. I might have asked for just a bit more space, but overall, I’m very pleased with these bags. I should note that one of my favorite aspects is that the color will be easier to locate in airports than our previous black bags as well.

You know you have quality when you buy a Samsonite. I love traveling with this one because the color is amazing and it holds a lot. Perfect for international traveling. Can last a long time and all the beating it will get while traveling. Good buy overall.

We already have a similar Samsonite suitcase the same size as this and we love it. We need a second for a Europe trip so we ordered this one. It is not as thick of plastic as our old suitcase but we do love the interior pockets. The wheels are also not as big and durable as our old one, but this does have the dual wheel which makes it more maneuverable and stable compared to the little suitcase wheels some have. Travelled well and for the price point is a decent suitcase.

This is absolutely unacceptable. We ordered from this company because Samsonite has been around for probably 50 years or so, I thought that by spending more money for a quality piece of luggage that we would actually receive a 'quality piece of luggage'. I was wrong, it was simply dropped in the box from what was obviously someone's dirty car trunk. No paperwork/instructions for resetting the lock code, zero packaging, nothing. As you can see from the pictures, they didn't even try to clean it up before shipping. I wish that I had taken pictures before wiping all of the dust and grime off of the exterior. I sprayed it down with disinfectant and wiped it clean before letting my wife touch it. Seeing as how we are flying out to Hawaii on Friday, I am quite disappointed that I now have to add driving around looking for luggage to the fifty other things that I need to do for this trip. Thanks for that.

I bought this bag for a four-day trip to Savannah. It was advertised as a carryon, but I checked it. It held up to the luggage carousel, as well as a change of planes. It held enough for my trip, with room to spare. Wheels worked great.

Great Suitcase. I took it on a "planes, trains & automobiles" trip and it fared well. It is very light, and as a result the shell is thin. I had no problems with denting, but am not surprised that others did. Mine was full so maybe that helped? The wheels are great and roll very easily, even over sidewalks, asphalt and a dirt track. The shell is attractive, but does scratch relatively easily and after just one trip there are several small scratches/scuffs visible. I would recommend this bag to others.

The size was perfect, and the colour was exactly as shown, very happy with it.

Good quality, built in lock

It was great because of being able to expand. It was dented up by loading and unloading off the airplane, that is the only complaint. It’s strong enough but I don’t know how many trips before baggage handling would wreck it.

Bought for teenagers trip to Europe with school ( 10 dats) . She is 17. Loved the colour. Not black so it will be easy to locate/ harder to steal . Size is great for her trip ( 10 days) . I travel for business ( 2 to 3 days) and medium is too big for that , I am going to get size down for me. We also bought packing cubes .
