Two stars is being generous for the overall experience. I actually love the beds and the comfort level. They fit perfectly in my dogs crates BUT and this is a big BUT ... the description says machine washable. So I went ahead and gave them a wash. The hems on the sides completely unraveled and when reaching out to customer service they were little help. They told me I should use an industrial machine in the future. Nowhere in the description does it specify you need to go to a laundry mat and use an industrial machine. I advised them that wash and care instructions should be more clear. Their reply was “thanks for the advice” ha pitiful. Very disappointing as I have my own business as well and I do anything in my power to make my customers happy and well taken care of. Shame! Also may I note they said the product had a 30 day warranty( I was within this time period) for unintentional damage. I’m pretty certain my complaint feel right into that category. Again just terrible customer service.
