Once you figure these out they are worth it. First, they are silicone and flexible for a reason. That’s the point of silicone. Second, anytime you use silicone you need to bake it on a baking sheet. Third, you have to use baking spray. That’s the cooking spray that has the flour in it. Bakers joy or white cap baking spray. Fourth, patients! I filled them a little passed the biggest level. Tap them a few times, using 2 hands and tap 2 at a time to keep it from spilling. I baked these at 325 for 45mins. The bottoms domed of course so I took a bread knife and cut off the high part as soon as I took them out of the pan. They came right out of the pan when flipped. You know a cake is done when it pulls away from the pan.The first time I used them I didn’t bake them long enough and the middle wasn’t done but both ends were. I’ll try 300* for a longer time to see if I can’t keep the little layer from getting so brown, but no big deal I’ll just trim that off too this time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars here’s how they work. *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 14, 2022* I used baking pan with flour. They slide right out. I used one box of cake mix and filled each mold until the middle of the last tier. It was the perfect amount. I put the mold on a cookie sheet for stability. I baked for 45 mins at 350 degrees. Hope this helps.
