1. This box will never get updates if you try to do updates, it attempts to connect to a sever but just spins forever.2. This box is running a fake version of Android 10.0, many apps like Prime Video, NetFlix, and Hulu will install if you sideload them, but the display is only 480p.3. Google Play store included with this box is not authentic, not certified version Google Play Store, many apps missing.4. The included keyboard is not backlit and the keys are too small to use.5. The box has 128 GB of space which is the only nice feature6. As you install apps, there is no way to make folders or sort them by name.7. I had to sideload many apps by downloading the apk elsewhere and then installing them on this box. for example Word, Excel won't install because the os is not 64-bit, had to find a downed version of these applications. I installed a few apps on this box and the same ones on my tablet, after a few days, the Google Play store on the tablet offered updates, this was not the case on this box.8. The box did recognize a USB flash drive in NTFS as long as I used a file manager.9. The top media boxes on the market are Amazon's Fire Stick, Roku, and Google TV boxes, while all those boxes perform better than this one, they are all limited to 8gb of space, less than 1/2 is available for use..10. Google Chrome never closes properly on this box, you can close all the tabs, but it's still running.If you can live with these shortcomings and will realize this box will never get any further updates, then its just ok.I wish Amazon would come out with a Firestick Pro version with 64-gig of 128-gig of space, that would be the box to get over all these others.

I've had this box for over a month I purchased it after another box(tspeed) I just purchased had issues and wasn't working properly. Not only that but I have firecube ,chromecast , rokus and smart tv already and they are collecting dust because of this box first off I can install as many apps as I want.No problems with space like my sticks. No limitations like my rokus. Chromecast works ok but couldn't add my port devices. With this Either go straight to the play store and download if it's not there just sideload . and plenty of ways to add storage.Anyway TLDR key factors:This box works :Not sluggish or slow at all with tons of apps I added to test. Will play LiveTv well.The wifi and Ethernet :works no problem with speed unless using cheap VPN. Pro unlimitedVPN and no issues.The keyboard: is perfect, except "Enter" =q for some reason on literally every one of these keyboards, I tried multiple.Their customer service :really is great ,had problem with firmware update received instructions and update next day.Beginning screen animation: I actually love this feels different adds a personal touch to the boxAir mouse/remote: love the ability to switch from "mouse mode" and to program the buttons to the tv. Can't beat the snappiness of the keyboard though.The price: is steep you would think probably for a device like this when there so many for like 30 or $40 or cheaper (the other one I bought was 30 ish) BUT it is worth it yes Worth it. The other cheaper boxes lag and oddly enough even though this box isnt certified it does not run the same version of stock Android(mobile) the other boxes use. Some apps you have to get firestick versions for them to work like Pluto xumo etc.Kodi: works perfectly fine for me with the x buildsNetflix : also works but it came preinstalledGames: this is the only box I have been able to play extensive somewhat heavier games on. Kbat x works asphalt, pubg, Fort, imported games works, emulators work. I have so much space leftover like seriously Buy this if you don't like it or it don't work for you then return it (I recommend contacting them first though cause they do have great customer support) you have to atleast try it. The only device better than this one for me is the shield as far as performance and video quality. But that goes without saying. It's like $100 more too.

It was very easy to install and the picture quality on my tv screen has improved a lot!I am going to buy another one for upstairs.

Excellent Android Box I ever had

This Box will not let you load a lot of programs. Maybe because of the 10.0 Operating system. The memory is great but the programs are not comparable with the new 10.0. I did return it and brought a 9.0 Operating system Box. If your going to put programs you use on the 9.0 don't waste your time.

The TV box I bought keeps switching off automatically. I contact their customer service, they sent me a new TV box.I changed the feedback from one star to 5 stars to support their good customer service.

This is a great Android TV box. Quick to install, and operated without any issues upon installation. I bought this for a friend of mine, configured it and sent to him. He's extremely happy being able to unplug from his laptop connected to his TV. I highly recommend this unit.
