Tips from this wand do NOT work with my orig 250XL so current supply useless. doubt avail. elsewhere. likely reason for change. Irritated enough that this wand cost > $400 and now I haven’t spend another $100 plus to replace my tip supply, so my next welder will likely be a Lincoln. Nicole and diming loyal long term customers is no way to run a company. Congrats to the brilliant MBA that came up w these changes- next time this welder needs major repair I will no longer use Miller welders.

Exact 'plug & play' with the exception of the tips (tips available here on Amazon for an exceptional price). I purchased this exact unit locally at Central Welding Supply for $600 (that price includes a substantial price break from MSRP). Installed fresh wire and cleaned the feed rollers. This 30 year old Miller Matic 200 runs like new! Regret not looking on Amazon before purchasing locally, but there wasn't a guarantee it'd be compatible with the replaced GA-20C original gun. It is! I would have preferred saving $200 though.
