WTB Cross Wolf TCS Light/Fast Rolling Tire, 700 x 32c, Black

These tires grip well both on pavement and relatively smooth dirt bike paths - these aren't mountain bike tires, but definitely help me extend my riding from pathed to dirt trails around town. They roll surprisingly well on pavement for a tire with significant tread. They were pretty tight getting onto the rim, but once on they seated to the bead easily (using my compressor to give them a big shot of air all at once). For an inexpensive tire for my around town bike, I am very happy with them so far.

These tires were extremely tight to put on my H Plus Son Hydra rims and would not seat properly. I also ordered the WTB All Terrain in the same 32 size and they went with the greatest of ease! I'd prefer this tread to the All Terrain. Just as a reality check I tried to mount the tire on my HED Belgium rims with the same very tight and inability to seat result.

These roll nice and have good feel in the dirt. Just did a 50mile mixed-terrain ride and they were perfect for it. Love rolling them tubeless as well.

Good tire. Better cornering ability that I would have thought. I have a cross boss as well and it does better in the corners than the 'boss.

I love the size and ride of these tires. However, if you spend any time on pavement they will wear very quickly. In addition, the sidewalls are way to thin. They tore open on a rock, leaving a 5 mile walk out to a pick up point. Based on the drawbacks, I can't recommend these. If they will beef them up (I would rather carry a little extra weight than walk), these would be a great tire.

great tire. light. great grip and steering precision for an all purpose tire. i've cut a couple now in freak situations. its deisgned primarily as a race tire i think with a balance between feel and durability (hence the 60tpi). dont go jungle crossing on them too often.
