Can you use this with a hair dryer?

YES! love it with a blow dryer. Works awesome , no pulling at all. de-tangles hair so easy. My hair dresser used it on me and I bought one from her that day! Wish I had looked on line first. She charged double the price.

Does this brush have an antislip handle, so it can be used in the shower easily?

Yes, non slip handle. O have given 4 to girls with long curly hair. All love the brush
