**EDIT ****This blind has now completely broken . Bit by bit this blind fell apart. section by section this blind broke so you could not pull it up. It's now been taken down and thrown away. Thiss is an ok item. I read reviews about the cord being rubbish, and I have to agree. It's in a place where it's not easy to pull as you have to pull it behind the blind. Bit of a pain.It is a blackout blind, but didn't quite fit right so does let in a bit of light.

Ok but not great.Arrived with bent top rail since not packed in a tube, but I was able to straighten with hands and pliers.Easy to hang on wall. Measure carefully and 3 times, before you drill the holes. The screws provided are no good for masonry walls and I would not trust them in plasterboard.Raising lowering mechanism works OK so far.Blackout material OK but horizontal stiching holes let in light.Ours is 183cm wide for a 178cm window so only 2.5cm wider at on each side which let's in too much light. Go for at least 20cm wider than your window so you have 10cm overlap on each side.Ours is 137cm long for a 120cm high window and installed 10cm above the window which means that even when the blind is fully open (pulled up) it still covers too much (15 cm) of the window below so you may want to get a longer blind and mount it 20-30cms above the window if you want maximum light when open.

The brackets are absolutely useless for this blind and actually are DANGEROUS! I spent 2hrs putting this blind up and because the brackets are so loose as soon as I pulled them up and down they fell.These should not be on sale.I’ve put up about twenty blinds and these not only a waste of money but shouldn’t be for sale. As soon as I have replacement they will be going straight back!

I bought this for a rear door to my house but one which leads into a small snug lounge. The quality is fine, colour great and a good price with quick delivery. However in my mind a Roman blind normally sits completely flush against the surface but this doesn’t. The mechanism for fitting at the top is more like a Venetian blind so the fabric hangs several inches away from the door window. It’s fine face on but from the side it doesn’t keep the light out terribly well. However, other than that it’s fine.

Very bad product,It has a poor mechanism that Makes it unbearable to operate.The locking mechanisms are flimsy and unable to support and secure this product. Every time we attempt to close it or open it, it dislodges from the locking mechanism.I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The material is nice and seems quite strong. However, the pull cord system is very flimsy. Suspect it'll break soon especially as you have to pull rather hard to get it to roll down. Up action is smooth though. First one arrived w/o fixings and is being returned. I had to splash out to buy another one to replace that. Not difficult to put up but needs patience.

Not good brackets not strong enough to hold it up can’t even close the blind as it pulls it of the brackets and falls to the floor

The blind mechanism is really stiff and yiu have to use alot of force to get them to work. This results in the blind falling off the window!! The fixings are buckled due to the brute force you have to use to get them up and down. Would return but have thrown the box away and not happy about having to pay to return.
