Could not maintain 12v even though battery was near 50% - a lithium pack should be able to maintain 12v down to 5%. As such I could not indefinitely run an Iceco VL60 12v cooler fridge. When battery depleted I’d have to switch to the 110v plug and it would work but that is a dumb solution.Otherwise build and functionality are good but I do not recommend for powering 12v electronics. Panels are good but default tip on cord does not fit in to bank unit so you have to use included adapter. Living in Montana I even bigger panels are needed, especially when I had to chase sun and tolerate periods of shade.

I have taken this awesome generator to a few camping trips and works like a champ. I’m set it up during the day and use it at night to charge cellphones, tablets, electric blankets, electric cooler you name it! Is perfect size easy to transport and storage.

I purchased this for my camper van. I researched carefully for future needs as I slowly purchased higher priced items. When it came time to buy my fridge I purchased one within the operating power usage kyng advertised. It charged perfectly till the battery reached 91% and then error codes went off in the fridge and shut down. I coasted kyng and they said it's not the battery it must be the fridge. So I returned the fridge and bought another fridge. Had the same problem. I contacted kyng again and the correspondence was condescending. I was told his fridge worked on his battery as if that was answer to the problems I was having with mine. The alternate reason I was given was that the fridge must have high peak runs which it did not. I was watching the volts when I would get the error messages and it never peaked past 45 watts. Even if it peaked 2x that it would still be within the acceptable range of what advertised for this machine. In not sure if mine is just faulty or you can expect this from your machine. I will never know because this companies after purchase support is horrible. I can't return bc its past the 30 days. I would caution against this company. If you do choose to buy this, also make sure you have already purchased everything you plan on using it for to test it so if it doesn't work you can return it. Don't do what I did and buy items as you go that you can't get. Overall really disappointed with customer support and they don't stand behind their products. I would go with another brand if I had the chance to do it over.

I was very impressed with the generator upon receipt.

There was a problem with connector ; not in original order; but Kyng got the connector to me ; so yes satisfied with the product and the seller.

It is a very portable device. It charges great and holds a charge like a king. We love it!

This is a great product. Used it with my cpap when I got it and it didn't even use a quarter if the available power. I can't wait to take it on my camping trips.

Excellent for camper backup power and device charging, wish it had powered my coffee maker, otherwise nice to have
