I haven't done a cleanse with this product, but use it a few times a year to add tasty pre- and probiotics to my system. I love the flavor and use it once a day for a week or two. I mix with water and lemon juice, sprite, or some type of citrus-based soda or sparkling water— mostly water and lemon juice. It is expensive, but the only time I feel like I'm getting active pre- and probiotics.
