I just assembled my love seat, and i have some very important commentary for dealing with your delivery guys.-Your delivery guys may not speak English at all, or they may speak broken English. Keep your phone handy to use a translator just incase. My delivery guys spoke broken English, luckily they thought to call their supervisor to communicate more detailed information! Very smart on their end.-If you have a staircase in your home that they need to navigate, offer to open up the box for them so they can just carry up the pieces. Our delivery guys needed our help to bring the huge box up the stairs, but if i would have offered to just open the box for them, they could have gotten up much easier. If you dont want to do that, measure the width your staircase. If its ATLEAST 40 inches wide, it is possible to get the box up there.-TIP YOUR DELIVERY GUYS IF YOU CHOOSE ROOM DELIVERY, ESPECIALLYIF THEY NEED TO BRING THE LOVESEAT UP A STAIRCASE. They dont get the extra $20 you pay for room service. Its extra work they dont normally have to do, so if you , can, tip them with cash.If youre able to, make sure there is a spot close to your door where they can park.As far as the actual product, very easy to assemble, and came in perfect condition

My brother bought this for us and I am not disappointed! Firm seating, spacious seating without taking up too much room, and I was worried about assembly but it was easy! Amazon delivery was fantastic and it was worth the wait.

I was worried when I ordered that it would not be made of quality material, cheap. That is NOT the case. Light assembly required and was super easy to do. I'm 6 ft. tall and my only complaint is when I'm not reclined, my neck and head don't feel supported. A small pillow works wonders though, who knows it could just be my fat head. (joke. LOL) over all though, a good quality sofa, worth the investment.

We were looking for a decently priced recliner set, but was having trouble in our local areas. Places were saying 6 to 8 month before it would be received. I was very weary about ordering a set online, so I was leaning on the reviews. I hardly ever write reviews, but this set is too great to not leave one, especially for the price. I'm very glad I decided to get this option. It's so nice. Half the price of what we would of spent at our furniture store too!The only thing is- expect to have help on delivery day to help load and move, even if select the unpack option like I did. The two drivers were having a hard time, because quote they "weren't necessarily trained on handling large packages like these" and they "weren't given the necessary tools (other than a dolly) for the shipment". They did a good job, but luckily I had 3 other people helping them bring it in.

The love seat is very comfortable and the materials used feel nice.The only problem that I had, which was not Amazon's fault was the shipping company took almost a week longer to get it to me then was expected.

I’m not one to normally leave comments. But. I cannot express enough how absolutely happy I am with this couch! Not only is it perfect, 10/10, shipping was super fast and I know people are waiting months for overpriced furniture! I’ll admit I was skeptical at first especially because the price was so reasonable. I do not have one negative comment! One of the best purchases I’ve ever made!
