This is the best knief I have owend.
ProsReally sharpBalaced, light weight, thin tang which make is easy to slice through.The steel quality is amazing. Even after several drop from kitchen, the cutting edges remain intact.Handle and tang are one pieceConsI can't think of any.You might find it expensive compared to other but the moment you grab it, you will know the importance of a balance knief. If you have enough practice of sharpening a knief on stone you can make it razer sharp.

Such a great purchase!The blade is sharp and feels premium. It's heavy and well-made.The packaging could be better though, as it is very sharp on the edges and if not opened carefully, it can lead to cuts.Otherwise, it cuts well though veggies, fruits and meat. (Might struggle a little with slippery skins of fruits)
