Glidecoat was extremely easy to use. You have to work fast, but the results were amazing. It's a little pricey, but if it lasts as advertised it will be worth it. I used a chemical compound and random orbit buffer with a foam pad to remove the oxidation and light swirl marks. Then two coats of Glidecoat. The boat looks better than it did new!

Product is definitely easy to use, but when you put the dime size ceramic on your applicator, it is best to set the bottle down away from where you’re working so you don’t knock into it. Or, don’t hold it in your hand while you’re rubbing the ceramic with the applicator on the surface. It’s easy to splash out of a bottle and you’ll be wasting product. Also, as you are wearing rubber gloves, when you get some of the product on the end of your fingertips, the applicator becomes extremely slippery! Finesse is a must, and work with the applicator so you don’t get the product on your gloves. Do not spray this product on the boat, you will be wasting the product and you do not want to inhale the ceramic spray.

I have a 17 year old 22 foot C-Dory that I love. I buffed it out and put the Glidecoat on it and the results were amazing. It is shining like it's brand new. It was so easy to apply. A little of this stuff goes a long ways. I will never ever go back to the old carnuba wax and elbow grease trying to bring up a shine. Everyone that has seen my boat has commented on how beautiful it looks. I like it so much I'm going to do my vehicles with it next. Great product and highly recommended without any hesitation.

It's nothing, except a tiny bottle of what reminds me of Rain-X.

Have used other ceramics in the past. Glidecoat worked very well on the new boat. Washed and then cleaned with “Wipe Out” cleaner. Like any other ceramic coating —- prep work is the key. Don’t cut corners and you will be satisfied with the outcome.
