This will do the job. Just be careful. The blade guards are stamped out and have sharp corners. If guards touch bare skin they will scratch you. This is the reason for the low ratings. Get what you pay for rings true here. Nice it has extra blades.

I use it to feather women's hair, I use it to fringe the front towads the face too. In 2015 in IL the boys and men love to have a lightweight swoop effect on top so this razor does the job perfect.
