Unfortunately, like many others who purchased this mat, mine came rolled up.I let it sit inside for a few days before attempting to unroll it but it was insanely stiff. Using my space heater, I blew warm air on it with hopes that it would be more pliable but had no luck. Eventually I had to unroll it an inch at a time while using my knees to keep the unrolled end from curling back up. I eventually got it unrolled but what a task it was. I'm about 180 lb and can't imagine someone lighter than me unrolling this mat.Seems like a sturdy mat so I would still recommend it, but my knees and fingers will need time to feel normal again.

The package arrived in good condition. After unpacking, I let it warm to house temp and relax the curl before installing. It looks better than the pad it replaced, just not as big. The beveled edge is nice both in appearance and function. The pad overlays part of the pad it is replacing. My office chair easily glides over the seem without annoyance. I wish the pad is more rigid. - I work from home and on the pad all day most days. When I sit still, the wheels of the chair press into the pad, which requires more effort when repositing the chair or my seating position.

On-line description was accurate and our chair mat was received in flat package in a timely manner. Definitely like the size and shape options offered and only complaint at this time is cleats on the under side don't seem to hold the mat in place otherwise all is good. Have only used for approximately three (3) weeks at this point so not sure if it will last longer than the cheaper chair mats we have purchased in the past.

The mat came on time, as promised. No problem with the service. But the mat was so stiff i could not unroll it after 3 days. So it went back. Might have been a much different outcome if they had not tried to save on the shipping and rolled it into a sausage.

I paid a premium price for this mat thinking I would be getting a much better mat than the usual $30.00 ones I buy at Costco or Sam's every so often. Those eventually crack and disintegrate. I had hoped that because this was 3.5 times the price, it would do the job better. For the 2 months or so, that I have had it, it has held up fine, as I would have expected it to. However, it NEVER stays in place.I have to re-adjust it every day from my chair rolling over it. It does not grip high pile carpet like it is supposed to. It is very bothersome to have to do this everyday because it moves around. Then the wheels come off the mat and get stuck in the carpet, the very problem I was having to begin with.It is much more expensive and is supposed to do one simple job, and it doesn't. Time to go back to the $30.00 mats and just replace them every few years. They never moved around.

Unlike what other reviews have said, the mat didn't arrive rolled up, but flat in a carton. It works well. The chair sinks in a bit, but not enough to matter much.

The product arrived cracked. I thought I could put the cracked corner under the desk so I was still going to keep it. Absolutely impossible to unroll. Had to return it because I couldn’t unroll it and was charged $40 to return!!! Don’t waste your money or time in this garbage!
