This is a wonderful product and it solves my meal problems. I work in a construction site with no access to restaurants. There is only one microwave and takes a long time to heat up my lunch. I do not want to eat cold sandwiches. This container allows me to keep my food warm. It is warm, not hot. It will not overheat. It does takes awhile to heat up, approximately 30 to 45 minutes. But, all I have to do is plug it in when I arrived at work, and leave it there. It keeps warm until whenever I want to eat. Put in cooked food because it is not hot enough to cook. I put rice with beef stew on top. Also, a chicken noodle soup. Plugged it in around 7:00am, I eat at around 10am. It is ready to go. Warm and tasty. It does not alter the texture of the food, even better than microwave. Again, it only takes a little bit of electricity, like a 40w bulb. It comes with a stainless steel container. Easy to clean. Yesterday, I left the container in the fridge overnight, the next day, it warms up fine. Important, do not leave the whole unit in the fridge. You do not want to get the plug wet, remember condensation, that can make the electrical wet inside. Bad! Don't do that. Just leave the container in the fridge, and the heating unit outside. I used to have Stanley which is very good at keeping food warm, but still, it is just insulation, it will get cold somehow. But this one keeps warm for as long as you want. Even when I am driving, it has a car plug. Get the version with both car and home plug. You will find it useful. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!

Flask is cute and keeps food warm but you have to plug it in to reheat food. It had two cords for car charging and regular charging.it basically doesn't keep food wsrm but has the capacity to reheat the food when you are ready to eat. You want to plug it in for about 1 hour for a really hot meal.it could burn sometimes.

It's good, but it depends on what your heating up. If you have something like breaded chicken, you don't really want that in water, but otherwise it will burn. You might say well then stir it once in a while, but if I'm at work and I'm in a different room then I can't do that. There is no way to turn down the heat as well. I have to leave it for almost 3 hours. 😕

I absolutely loved this lunch box. I work out of my car all day and it was amazing to eat hot lunch. Unfortunately, the lunch box stopped warming up food after 2 months. I contacted Amazon who said I should contact the company under the warranty. Suntek was not helpful at all. They did not seem to understand the simple problem of the lunch box no longer heating up the food. And then they told me that Amazon would send me a new one and to contact them. I contacted Amazon customer service again and they said that Suntek needed to replace my item. At that point I was done. Amazon did give me a partial refund, although I still need to send them the broken lunch box. Meanwhile, Suntek is still insisting that Amazon will replace the item. TLDR: Just hope the lunchbox doesn't break.

This thing is so cool I was so excited to get it that I'm going to get another for a gift. I didn't know anybody made these things, and I'm so glad they were invented, especially for the wintertime there's nothing worse than a cold lunch when at work. I love it. I also love it's features as well it has a spoon and fork in it's own compartment, you can plug it in a wall or you can use your car's lighter it comes with both, the other thing i love about it is that it's carry bag is insulated making sure it stays warm.

I got one for my friend that is a teacher. We see other teachers carry these and they are awesome because it’s hard eating in our limited time and having to heat up lunch. We also work at a very rural school where you can order food or run out to get something. I liked the quality of this item so much that I ordered one for my husband. He is a diesel mechanic and I know he can leave it plugged in on his toolbox or if he is on the road he can plug it in the truck. It is great. If you work you need one!

I purchased this as a gift for a friend of mine who's a truck driver who wanted to eat warm food while he was working. He was excited to use it and took it to work the next day after he got it. Unfortunately he was unable to use it because he couldn't connect the electrical cord to the main warmer part. Not only because it was hard to do (it doesn't plug together easily), but because the one we got had a broken piece inside. I ended up have to contact Amazon to get a replacement for the defective product. Once we got the replacement, we plugged in the cord to the device and taped it on place this way he wouldn't have to struggle with it each time he tried di plug in it (because as I mentioned earlier, the cord wasn't easy to plug in to the device). So one problem hopefully averted by doing it, but he ran into another problem. He put soup inside but the lid is not air tight, so some of the soup leaked out even before he got to eat it. He said it heated up the soup but it did take quite a while. Also be careful once it had warmed up because he said that bottom of the device gets hot. Overall I would say it's an ok product. Not necessarily as good as I thought it was going to be.
