This is Chinese rubbish
I recently purchased this fridge intending to use it for storing my medication, requiring a temperature below 8 degrees Celsius. However, I've encountered a significant issue with condensation water collecting inside the fridge, making it unsuitable for storing medication safely. Despite following the technician's advice to remove the medicine daily and wipe off the condensation, this solution is not practical for my needs.I've attempted to return the product as per the instructions provided, but encountered difficulties at the post office. The QR code provided for the return is not working to the postal service, causing further frustration and inconvenience.I'm deeply disappointed with this experience, as it has resulted in both wasted money and time.
