If you are any larger, then I would recommend a Nordstorm Traditional cut shirt.I've lost some weight and many inches and I know this shirt would not have fit me 3 months ago, even though my neck has stayed pretty much the same.The sleeve feels more like a full 35 and ordinarily I would avoid a multi size shirt because they usually fell short on the sleeve length. This shirt, however, fit beautifully.For guys with a larger chest and mine being a 46, this shirt did not feel tight at all. So, neck, sleeve, waist, and chest all fit perfectly.
