The straps are all adjustable by just sliding them through the slits and the adjusting the single strap. I would buy them again for sure. Great for someone needing arch support, but I'm afraid I might need it after relying on these super high arches. I.e. will my muscles weaken :( Yes, these do run large. I ordered towards the lower end of my range, and could have fully gone down. The strap is pulled so firm that it's almost hitting the ground.
