Q: will it work in a 340 land camera? i see this model is not included in the list however it would seem strange if it was not compatible.

I'm sorry. I gave you information on the 360. You can find the 340 included in, or listed individually at a site called The Land List. There is a battery FAQ there. Jut google "the land list battery" By the way. The 360 is a superior camera with a multi element glass lens. The images produced are incerdible.

Q: do es this battery come with 2 female ends?

Like they all said, it's 1 male & 1 female. The + & - terminals are very similar to the way they are on a rectangular 9 volt battery (clasping/snap-in), except instead of being next to each-other side by side & on the same end of the battery, they are at opposite ends of the cylinder.
