Blades can be more sharp,otherwise good product
Product is very sturdy with good capacity only issue is the sharpness of the blade, hence it takes longer time to chop the vegetables finely. Rest it’s working fine.

Stopped working with a week.
This stopped working within 8 days of purchase. The pulling rope gor stuck. I tried calling their customer care multiple times. Initially they said they don't give warranty for Vegetable chopper but then I mentioned that on the product description page on amazon one month warranty is mentioned. Then they gave service center number. So service center people told we don't provide service for chopper and I have to ask for replacement to central customer care. Now they are not picking the call. I also tried reaching their customer care on the email but no response. Such a pathetic product and service.

Sharp bleads
This chopper is very good in quality. Big in size. Bleads are charp to chop vegetables in small pieces. But I received damaged lid for which I have asked return of it.

The BEST
This is very similar to ones I have had over the years but this with extra blades is the bomb. It perfectly tosses food up and down and systematically gives a great chop. Very high quality. SHARP blades.
