Q: I selected a size from the drop down menu, 8.5 uk. however once ordered it states size a 8.5 us. what size do i need to order to get uk 8.5

In my experience, you need to order a size up. Therefore, to order a UK size 8.5 you need to order size 9.5

Q: Hi there, the options for buying says sizes in uk, but then the description says sizing is in us?

The sizes are US sizes even though the buying options say they are U.K. sizes. I had to order twice due to receiving a US 9 rather than a U.K. 9 which is what I ordered.

Q: What size will i order if i want a uk 9 because the reviews are saying it’s in america sizing!

To be honest I'm not sure. I ordered what I thought was uk11 and received us11 which was a uk10. Trouble is it cost me £18 to send back to USA. Hopefully I'll get it back though as it was their fault.
