InVade Bio Drain 1 Gallon (Original Version)

Second time I use Bio Drain, works like a charm! Cleans and gets rid of flys that multiply in the gunk! There’s nothing so frustrating than to have flys come out of the drain 🙄

We have only used the orange version in the past but this one worked just as well. We placed in our drains over our weeklong vacation and returned to zero drain and Fruit flies. They are a constant battle on the Gulf Coast, and this is the only product to get rid of them.

July 31st we ordered and August 1, 2023 arrived Invade Bio Drain. We were having an invasion of small flies (not sure if they were gnats or phorid flies). We purchased different kinds of devices to control these pesky visitors. The last device is pictured here. This trap would quickly fill up and we would have to replace it every other day (see photo). At wits end, we searched the internet and came across this product, Invade Bio Drain. We followed the instructions of every other day and started seeing results in the first week of using it in every drain (including the dishwasher). Now here we are, August 29, 2023 and we barely see anything flying around (see 3rd photo; this has been this clean since yesterday. Previous to using Invade Bio Drain, this trap would have looked like the first photo by now). Now we are using Invade Bio Drain once a week I guess for preventative measures? The only thing I disliked was not having something to dispense the Invade Bio Drain as instructed. Do not pour this straight down the drain. Make sure to pour this so that it is coating the sides of the pipe. But I see photos of squeeze bottles used by other consumers that look like it helps on the application and coating the walks of the pipe. Not crazy with the price but after being inundated with small flies, we would give an arm and a leg to stop the invasion. But this was a GREAT purchase for us!

This drain cleaner is Awesome! We had drain flies due to years of unknown buildup in our kitchen and bathrooms. I tried vinegar and baking soda with boiling water but gave up. Then I found out about InVade Bio Drain. So happy... After 1 overnight application of 8 ounces per location, through a squirt bottle we only had a few flies. Repeated 2 more times and they're gone! I'll use this cleaner 4 times per year as maintenance. My septic guy says this is the only cleaner that he recommends. For a man who has been in the business for over 50 years that is quite a compliment to this product.

Takes awhile to work, but works. Very expensive for the number of applications having to use

So far this seems like a reliable and eco-friendly solution for keeping my drains clean and odor-free. Easy to use and appears to be long-lasting. Recommended.

I saw this somewhere on Social Media and thought I would try it!! I’m glad I did. We just moved to a new built home and was shocked at the amount of gnats that were in the drains. We were seeing them dead on the floors and windowsills daily. It took 3 applications for it to work, but it worked!!! I put boiling hot water down the drain first and then the gel next. Buy it, it works!!!

An essential weapon in my anti-drain fly arsenal. I was a bit put off by the cost at first, but it’s very concentrated. I consider it one of many elements I brought to this battle. Essential tactics included being extra clean, particularly right after meals were cleared. So I’m writing this product as a component of a multi product and behaviors war on drain flies not as a standalone cure all. By that measure meaning as an element of a mini prong attack, I think this product was fantastic. I would caution against dumping the entire thing down the drain and one go. That would be expensive and you really need to use this in conjunction with cleanliness, boiling water, and an effective drain cover, especially for overnight.
