A long long time ago, when I first saw these I thought they were just for show offs to show everybody they had a drone ! I now realise how stupid that was. They are actually used for safer drone take offs and landings when launching/landing from long grass or sand or near rocks etc. it’s simply to protect your props, gimbal, camera and the drone body too of course.I don’t understand why some people have any issue with this or folding it or getting it into the bag. You simply twist it into a figure of eight and push in. Takes less than two seconds. The bag is around an inch larger than the landing pad so there’s no worries about getting that in.It’s a great size. Great product. Top quality.

Nice lightweight landing pad, good bright colours, I find the orange side on grass works really well, and I guess blue would contrast well on a beach.Generally needs pegging in as the downdraft from the drone can blow it away, esp if it’s windy, but largely it’s great for taking off and landing from imperfect surfaces and stops the rotors hitting the grass.Really pleased, easy to use, light, folds up in my backpack and I’m good to go.

Seems excellent. It comes with a small bag. It is a little tricky to fold into the bag. It feels as if it is going to break when folding, but actually it is fine... so far. (Ask me again in a year when I have used the item in the field a few times!)

I use this landing pad for my drone when I’m landing on grass area to stop the grass hitting the blades. Folds up really well and very light weight pad. Good quality material as well.

Nice and large, two colours, orange on one side and blue on the other. Comes in a handy bag and does fold, seems fairly durable but is subject to the surface you put it on. By that I mean it won't give you a level take off surface if placed over grass for example.

The media could not be loaded. Lightweight and easy to fold and complete with securing ground pegs and carry case. Not sure the reflective stickers are necessary as they don't seem to fit with the curve of the pad. Overall a nice reasonably priced addition to the drone bag.

Easy to use, once taken out if it's little bag it expands also it has double sided. Yellow plastic pins to hold down the landing pad. Beware folding it the wrong way may result in snapping or bending the landing pad. When you next open it, it could be bent.
