Mens Cargo Work Trousers Cotton Pants Outdoor Camping Hiking Loose Fit 30-40

Good sturdy trousers
I bought the first pair at the beginning of 2020. They were light grey, the material is quite thick cotton - great as other brands have been wearing out at the knees for me within a year. Probably a bit too heavy for hiking or getting wet (each pair is 700g in weight), they take a long time to dry out. Great for winter work trousers, a bit sweaty in the summer when over 30C outside. There were a few loose threads but so far only one has come undone (on the outer square pocket - an easy fix). Zips all good. 100% cotton. The badges easily removed with scissors leaving no trace. Happy with them so I ordered another pair that have arrived today. The new pair are a much darker shade (see photo) even though I ordered the same colour (grey). The stitching is much better, no loose threads at all. They are less baggy around the legs and much shorter which is good for me. The new pair are 97% cotton and 3% spandex, they have elasticated sections each side of the waist so possibly in response to people who complained they were a bit tight. Both pairs were correctly sized around the waist although the old pair has stretched an inch after several washes.Waist size 30 inches. Inside leg is 31.5 inches for the old ones and 29.5 for the new ones so a bit of a lucky dip.I'm happy with both pairs, harder wearing than anything I can find in the stores, I've been wearing the old pair most days for 10 months and they have a lot of life left in them.

Really love these
These are just great, they fit really nicely, I really like the zipps at the bottom of the legs for boots, I just like the look with them unzipped. All zips are nice and sturdy and work, and that extra zip pocket on the front left pocket is a game changer. I liked these so much I had to buy a second pair in a different colour.

Great quality
These are awesome, they feel and fit great. Plenty of pocket space and light enough for long treks outdoors. My only gripe is the lack of length options as my 5"9 self the legs do go a bit long. Otherwise amazing trousers.

Overpriced
These trousers are ok for wearing around the house and in warm weather but they won't help protect you from wind or rain, the waist pockets are made out of a material which will fall apart rapidly or get punctured by keys pretty easily. They fit as expected and the elastic in the waist makes them comfortable to wear without a belt. But overall, you can get much better quality for less.

ZIPS ARE SHARP!!! They cut my right hand, and the product is awful for hiking
To those who don't have time to read this all: The pocket zips are very sharp, and tight, and so when I put my hand in to reach my wallet, I received two, long, clean cuts across the top of my hand.I needed a pair of hiking trousers for DofE, and being an idiot I left it too late, and didn't have time to go to a proper hiking store, so I bought these instead The trousers arrived as expected, and were packaged well too. However, they are pretty heavy for hiking trousers. I am no expert, and I realise these are cargo trousers, and so you expect a certain level of toughness to them which makes them heavy, but, these are way too heavy. This makes them horrendous for hiking and annoying for everyday use,Then there is is the horrible material, or just badly designed pockets on the inside of the trousers. I wore these on a 25km hike, and the inner front pockets' lining is incredibly coarse. The pockets are also very large, and it sit on top of your thighs when you wear them. Therefore, whenever you take a step your thighs rub against the lining. This is hardly ideal for long walks, something I discovered the hard way. I had some very red and sore thighs afterwards. The zips at the base of the trousers are utterly useless. I have large walking boots, and so it mattered that the trousers had the ability to unzip at the bottom so that I can easily remove my trousers if need be without taking my boots off. If they're wet for example. Sadly, behind the zip, as you will see in the products' photo, there is some fabric holding both sides to the zip together still, and you may think its got some slack so that you can still enlarge the radius of your trouser leg at the bottom, but the fabric only increases the diameter by 2cm at the base. The zip is utterly pointless. The pocket zips are very dangerous. The two parallel zips above the knee have incredibly sharp teeth to them. The two rows of teeth don't like to be curved either, and like to sit in straight lines, so when I put my hand in to grab my wallet, the teeth cut the top of my hand. The pockets also sit in a silly position, just above the knee, and so anything heavy in them is knocked about by your knee bending slightly when you walk. What can I salvage? The side pockets, where you tend to rest your hands in are very roomy, and are very comfortable. The trousers also fit perfectly, and the colour pretty much matched the pictures, although be aware the trousers are very slightly lighter in shade than you'd expect. They arrived on time, and packaged very well. The belt loops are also a decent size for you to fit on a chunkier belt, and I have no doubt they'd hold onto a belt with a torch strapped onto it, or some molle pouches.Personally, I feel like these may appeal to some people. But, they ARE NOT HIKING TROUSERS. It is false advertising for the seller to make the claim that these are for hiking, when my hiking experience with them meant I ended up taking them off, and just wearing my thin waterproof trousers instead, even though my legs would get cold. The rubbing against my thighs was just too unbearable. Now, I am not a very style conscientious person, but the patches these trousers come with saying US Army and the eagle picture are pretty childish. I always planned to remove them when they arrived, and they were pretty easy to remove, although be aware if you do so, you'll be left with visible stitching holes in the trousers were the patches were, but I accept customers aren't meant to do this. On a general note, the two parallel pocket zips, and the patches, as well as other things I can't put my finger on make these trousers not very attractive. These trousers are just not worth the £32, and there is NO WAY THESE ARE HIKING TROUSERS. If these were £10 or even £15 I'd judge them by that price and find them to be pretty good, but for £30 they've really let me down. I do not advise you buy these, even if you don't plan on hiking with them. There are numerous other trousers online, not just on amazon which look better in my opinion, and are cheaper.Do not buy!

Excellent hard-wearing trousers
These are rugged and well-contoured trousers. I have so far bought 3 pairs, 2 of which were size 38 (which although I can wear them, they were a bit too large) and one a 36 waist which fits perfectly, and neatly around the legs (I am normally a 38 waist). They have a small amount of elastic subtly positioned in the waist which enables them to stretch quite a bit. No-one else would know this elastic was there. It was this that led me to try the smaller size. The colours may vary from what is described, as the first pair were supposed to be a mid-grey, but came out more charcoal or graphite black, still great. The logos also vary as the size 36 waist came with a bright white and yellow logo that is less attractive, too obvious, whilst the first two pairs had very understated logos which were virtually the same colour as the trousers, but raised by a few millimetres. I still highly recommend these trousers, especially if you are between sizes. I would say to try the size below your normal one first. Be aware that there are a lot of zips, which increases the weight. Around the ankles, there are vertical zips to the outside edges which can open, which can be handy if you are wearing wide-topped boots), but these zips, when done up, can be awkward to know how to wear them at the bottom of the leg. The trousers can be tucked in, of course, but you should also be aware that the footwear you choose really matters, for example, they work best with boots or some kind.

Extremely comfortable, great looking and most importantly well fitting.
I have been wearing combat / cargo pants for the majority of my life (30+ years) and have worn hundreds of pairs, different brands and types. Sometimes you just hit that jackpot when you find one that not just fits perfectly but also looks great and on top is made of quality materials. I have worn (and washed) it multiple times now and it has become my favorite pair of trousers. I have ordered two more... So I would absolutely suggest you give it a try :)
