Excellent product, I have been looking for a long time, for a good immune supplement for cancer support, allergies and COVID prevention. I have tried quite a few supplements, which gave heart burn, diarrhea or nausea. This product is real good quality, without any of the side effects like others. It works as advertised. My son has been suffering from springtime severe allergies and sinus infections for years; this year after he has been on this supplement, his symptoms seem to be very mild and manageable. He has not been taking any other pills other than this one. No wheezing, hacking cough and congestion. WOW, this is something new to us, and we are so thankful that we found something that works. I highly recommend this to everyone who want to boost their immunity naturally.

Great product. I take 1 capsule a day and I definitely can feel the difference after a few weeks of taking it.The con I had is it tastes terrible, but if you put alittle water in your mouth, lilt your mouth up and drop it in and just swallow with more water you won’t taste it.Most importantly the price is good. I can’t ever justify paying double/triple the price for a supplement that is so cheap to make.I recommend mixing it in to your daily supplements

It took about 3 to 4 weeks for me to really start feeling the affects but when I did I have felt better than I had in a really long time. Not only have I had more energy but my family has been sick around me multiple times and I didn’t get sick. I don’t go a day without these mushroom pills.

Excellent product and potent. I think this is the best mushroom blend I have used. The flavor is weird but it is natural and it is effective!

Capsules are of average size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate that this is vegan. I really don't understand why any plant 'based' supplements would ever choose a gelatin capsule for a product of that nature. That is def a big plus in my book.As far as results go, we have noticed somewhat of a difference in my dad's memory since he started taking a Lion's Mane supplement from another brand.I can't vouch for the efficacy of these just yet in such a short period of time however the 10 in 1 formulation was enticing to me. I'd be psyched if I only had to take one supplement to reap the benefits of so many different mushroom varieties. Plus, these did not cause any gastric or otherwise ill effects. IMy only hang up is that the ingredients do not specify whether or not this is made up of the fruiting bodies of the mushrooms or the stems. From what I've learned, the fruiting bodies (the part of the mushroom that grows above ground) is where the real 'value' lies.The lion's mane supplement my dad had been taking was made up of the fruiting body. It was that brand/formula that we were able to notice positive effects after he had been taking it for 2 weeks.I'm still on the fence about this brands formula and ingredient quality.I'd give 3.5 stars if I could.I hope my humble opinion helps you in some way.Thank you for reading.

they are easy to swallow

This is the only brand that ever gave me headaches. A friend of mine told me it is the microcrystalline filler they use. Never again.

I thought I would try these as a added health benefit and I don’t think these agree with my stomach. They make me extremely nauseous and I don’t like the taste, even for it being a capsule; it lingers.
