The grill worked fairly well on first use but the second time the fan had stopped working. I contacted the company thru their website and with zero hassle they sent me a new grill within days. No questions or fuss. Prompt customer service was much appreciated!!

I love it, and it does a good tasty barbecue, I hop it was little bigger, I be able to make 12 pc lamb chops and 4 big pieces fish , if you want to cook more, than you have to put mor charcoal!!!

Used my new Blue GT grill yesterday for the first time. I cooked hot dogs for the first use. Was not the best day for grilling with a charcoal grill. 60 Degree temperature and windy. Had a hard time starting the starting gel because of the wind. Had to use 2 applications. Also needed to fill the charcoal basket to almost full. Once the charcoal was fully lit it too a long time to cook them, about 30 minutes. I finally realized I needed to add some sort of cover to contain the heat. Found a large glass cover from a crock pot that fit the cooking area perfectly. My conclusions, A cover is definately needed to contain the heat and expedite cooking. Also, I am not convinced that the included charcoal is the best for producing max heat. I am going to try other types of charcoal. I would try starting the gel in a confined area if its windy next time and immediately move the grill outside for safe use. I would recommend this product for occasional charcoal grilling. I only rated it 4 stars because it does not come with the optional cover witch is an additional $40.00.
