ELEGOO Mercury Curing Machine 405nm Resin UV Curing Box with Light Driven Turntable for LCD DLP SLA 3D Printed Model

This uv cure machine works great, the buttons are electronic capacitance touch type - not “click” type. This may confuse some people, (as i read in other reviews) but once you know this you will be fine. It is well made, does not leak uv. It outputs a great deal of light, you can feel the heat if you’re stupid enough to put your hand inside like I did once. The construction is all metal made of aluminum and feels like it will last a lifetime if you don’t do anything really abusive to it. One word of caution, it will light up and remain lit even if you pull it off of its base. This requires you to have an adult functioning brain, and not stare into a can of UV emitters. I’m not sure I would trust this in the hands of young children, But who would? If you’ve already invested in a resin printer, resin itself, and the time to learn all this you would be foolish not to buy a machine to make sure your prints come out completely cured. This machine is affordable, and completes the entire picture of resin printing.

Pros:-Looks cool-Doesn't take up a lot of space-Can see the model through the window-Quality is really nice (Made out of metal so it has a nice heavy feeling, and handle is nice)-Controls are strait forward and easy to use-Cures well prints wellCons:-I wish you could set the timer to a higher amount. (Max is 9mins and 30secs)-If your 3d printers build plate is bigger then the Elegoo Mars, you might have trouble fitting prints inside. (I didn't have any issues, but I could see that being a problem)

The media could not be loaded.  The Elegoo Mercury Curing Machine overall seems like a very good purchase and is at a good affordable price point. It is easy to use and the lid is very sturdy.This product came very well packaged and had enough internal padding to keep it from receiving any damage during shipping. It was easy to unbox and the contents were easy to locate between the layers of padding.The lid appears to be very solid and well constructed. There is a metal handle mounted on the top and an easy to read display. The ON/OFF, + TIME, and - TIME buttons are very sensitive and responsive even without having to depress them. The viewing window appears to be solidly attached and is large enough to see your print(s). The interior is wrapped with a quality reflective liner that came without smudges or obvious imperfections. The reflective liner looks to distribute the UV light very well thanks to the 2 LED light columns mounted by screws.The power plug on the lid seems sturdy and the power cable that is included is about 6 feet long.I am very impressed with the quality of the lid and its components. The base turntable is of a lesser quality. It looks like it is made of cheap plastic. The base is powered by UV light (natural and/or from the lid) and does not require a separate power source. The clear turn table attaches easily and turns evenly without any binding or stuttering. I would recommend being careful when placing or removing prints from the turn table to prevent the square mounting point from breaking as it is also made of a cheap looking plastic.Overall I would highly recommend this product. It is durable and easy to use. The instructions included are easy enough to read and include steps to make sure the product can be used without damaging any components or prints.

I received the Elegoo Mercury Curing Station today. The turntable is not turning, at all. A couple of the solar cell banks appear to have imperfect manufacturing. In addition, the bottom of the turntable appears to have a pry mark in it. Everything else seems to work so far (lighting and timer). I contacted Elegoo customer support, via email, as soon as I discovered the issue. Awaiting a response.Update #1: I received a replacement. Replacement worked well for a few days. I then began having issues with the power supply connection on the unit. Elegoo contacted me to ask how the replacement was working. I explained the issue and they sent a second replacement after I submitted video confirmation of the issue.Update #2: A second replacement was sent by Elegoo directly. I received the replacement and it is working fine. Customer service was excellent, even taking the time to stay in touch with me during company holiday. I appreciate their quick response and solution to my issues. I would recommend using the company, simply based on their customer service. Thanks to the staff at Elegoo.

The only complaint I have is that the buttons on top are a little unresponsive. Sometimes I push once and get 3 presses, other times it takes 5 to get 3. Lights and turntable work great. 😎👍👉

The curing chamber is a simple, compact light box that lets you cure unfinished resin prints.Pros: Compact, Simple to operate, Utilizes an inexpensive UV driven turntable that is widely available.Cons: A little more expensive than the design justifies, turntable does not support a lot of weight, could have an additional strip of LED’s which would help with the price point.Summary: I would buy this again, and I would recommend it to anyone that does not want/need the combination washing station or cannot DIY a better unit at a lower cost.

i was going to go a cheaper route when buying something to cure my 3d printed resin models, boy am i glad i got this instead. The Elegoo Mercury is a very nice curing machine. It has worked very well and my prints cure very fast, i have to be careful not over cure its so fast. the turntable it comes with does the job and i really like how i can just lift the machine off the turntable and set it where i want to cure something. 10/10
