lovely sourdough tool
very nice tool to have if you make sourdough regularly. wood used is very nice and solid, easy on hand while gripping and not too heavy, blade replacement is very quite easy and fast, I like that extra blades were provided, tool is easy to clean and stores nicely.

Kinda lame
The wooden handle holds nicely, but the small plastic lames that come with it rusted almost instantly when I washed it for the first time. Pretty useless. The wooden one works well enough though.

Excellent tool.
Item came with extra blades and is extremely well made. So easy to use and replace the blades. A nice upgrade from the flimsy lames that are a bit cheaper. This is a nice investment piece and I believe it will last a very long time, even with weekly use!

Navajas de pan
Las navajas pequeñas para diseño funcionan bien. Aunque si los lavan deben secarlas para que no se oxiden, eche a perder una no secándola después de usarla. La navaja con agarradera de madera no me funciona esta muy grueso en la punta que me daña el pan a la hora de cortar.
