What need to my project.

I needed USB ports to replace the Xbox controller ports on the case. Inside was a Dell Micro PC with a retro gaming system on it. The USB3.0 would be nice eventually for loading more games. Not needed for the controllers. I bought them on a whim. Their price was good, They came in a 2 pack which I needed, and I took a chance. They ended up fitting perfectly in the front bays where the Xbox controller ports were. I had to pull the metal shielding up because the fit was SO perfect. The ears on them fit in between the controller port mounting and the front panel. You can see from the front they look just great. Cable length was perfect, not a lot of loose slack inside the case. The connectors were a bit bulky for my needs, but they are sturdy, durable connectors. I was so incredibly happy in how they came out. Defiantly will look to the product and the vendor again for these.

As advertised; they work fine

Nicely made, rubber plug and sockets (not hard plastic), but that works fine for me.

So I picked these up because I became interested in the idea of having a panel attached to a table where I can have inputs for my computer readily available instead of needing to mess with the usb ports. I picked up an aluminum panel about 3mm thick and milled out some slots. For my purposes it's a perfect product, although for the price I'm not so sure its that good of value. Atleast they give you two.
