I guess this is supposed to be a 'one size fits all' product. It is not and does not do this.
When put on the bike, which is a regular Merida MTB, the product is too loose. The Velcro is not wide enough, only the very fringes meet and stick together for a few mm, this is not nearly enough to keep the product in place with a snug fit for any duration. I could not be bothered to send it back, I have used some cable ties to secure it in place. Good idea, good materials, poorly thought through.
