Very nicely packaged to be used as a gift. The cup does hold 12 ounces if you fill it close to the top. That wasn’t a problem I really like the cup and wood top. Luckily, the wood top that’s on my other coffee cups that have better handles This handle however, as you can see in the picture, I can only get three fingers on the handle, which makes it very awkward to hold and my fingers are not big that’s the only thing I thought was wrong with it. Otherwise good product.

Perfect gift! I bought it for my husband to have at work. Love the lid to keep it warm. Came in a nice box too. He loves it!

Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this is my favorite cup. It's honestly just so nice to hold in the mornings. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the paint starts to crack (like most mugs) fairly soon after getting it.

This cup is perfect. The box it is packed in is gift worthy. This cup looks so nice sitting on my kitchen counter. It is sturdy and the wood is beautiful. The handle is the perfect size. I like the wooden lid to keep whatever is in the cup warm. This is my every day cup for anything, hot or cold. This would make a nice gift.

I didn’t care for the color of the wood. It looked faded out. Did not look like the same color of the wood shown in the picture.

Very rarely do I truly take a liking to a cup and saucer. I have numerous sets. Feel like a collector. This is one of the nicest for a small percentage of what I generally pay.

packaging was cute. but this product was advertised as a LARGE coffee cup. IT IS SO SMALL. it will maybe hold 8 oz (and that’s pushing it)... per the ads, i was under the impression it would hold a minimum of 12 oz.
