Owing to a minor domestic emergency I was in need of a small chest of drawers. Normally I would have gone out and bought a ready assembled on but this being Welsh Lockdown that was not going to happen. Nil desperandum I turned to my faithful sidekick Amazon. This seemed to fit the bill so I ordered it and delivery was excellent.I must confess I never gave a thought to it being a flatpack and I haven't done one of those for over 20 years and that was for my daughter. Still I like doing jigsaws and I've done enough of these in my time. I think the hardest part for me was getting it out of the box. As I am 75 and live alone this took some doing as it was so well packed. having done that there was me finished for the day.The following day was to sort out all the pieces and as they were all numbered this was quite straightforward. I only managed to assemble the drawers that day but I was pleased with the quality of the materials; as I said, wood not MDF. There were also touches in the design that I liked such as the central support strut in the bottom of the drawers and the way the edges of the drawers and top were bevelled. Day 3 and I could start on the carcase. I was afraid that I would have some problems here with fitting one side onto the other as I thought I might need another pair of hands but there was no problem at all.Some bits were fiddly but the instructions and diagrams were excellent and this must be one of the easiest self assembly pieces I have done. I thought it was good value for money but as I cannot compare it to any others I have given it 4 stars; it may well deserve 5.I am very happy with my purchase although I have yet to fill it and it mat well fall apart (not really). I would quite happily recommend this item

Attractive and sturdy chest of drawers. Drawers are nice and deep. Quality is very good, although there were a couple of nicks in the material, we would have returned but they weren't really visible so happy. We have ours inside a fitted wardrobe and its a perfect fit.

Ordered the four drawer version after reading the previous reviews and checking the sizes. The delivery time was super fast! Yes it is a flat pack but if you take your time its actually easier than a lot of other packs I've done. So all parts are numbered - This is key to follow the instructions methodically - The screws etc come in lettered bags as shown. The two hardest parts I found, I will try and explain - The drawer runners shown are quite hard to decifer whish way round they're supposed to go - As long as you have the wheel pointing the correct way the three predrilled screw holes should line up in three holes in the runner. The other point is part number 17 - Make sure when you attach it, as shown in the photo, the larger screw hole points down towards the drawer runners not away. This is because you screw up into the top of the set when its complete - If you get this wrong you have to loosen a lot of other parts to is probably one of the most important stages in the process. I completed this in about an hour and a half with use of a philips screwdriver. Dont let this put you off from your purchase as the drawers are made from thick ply and thought has gone into the product with its assembly with drawer supports to stop them from sagging as found in a lot of lower end products. Its probably not quite at an ikea level but not far off! I hope this helps

I actually really enjoyed building this and...it was cheaper than most Lego sets that take this amount of time. Good quality, all parts clearly labelled. All holes lines up neatly. Easy to build even for those who struggle with anything more than DIY. It says it takes 2 to build but it's easy enough for one. Only tools you need are a smallish and a medium cross head screwdriver. It looks great and holds a lot of clothes. I've previously bought a similar Ikea product and this is of a higher quality. No problems with instructions, bar the first page they are just easy to follow diagrams.

I bought this as I wanted something a bit better than the usual flat pack quality, arrived very quickly and well packaged, instructions were easy to follow and all parts clearly identified. It took about two hours on my own to construct and I’m a fairly handy person, would have benefited from a powered screwdriver. However once completed the drawers were clearly misaligned, this wasn’t due to my construction as there were no ways to adjust them to get a better fit. It’s just one side so I altered the position I’ve got them in the room so it’s not noticeable but it is still disappointing having paid over £100 for them. Hence only three stars.

Bought another set of drawers for double the price and returned them. Bought these because of ratings and really impressed. Much better quality. Clear instructions. All parts labelled. I’m a novice DIYer. And found these straight forward took around 2.5 hours to build. Look lovely in my daughters bedroom and look more expensive than they were. We changed the handles to match her wardrobe. Would definitely buy again

Had this a few months now. Overall we are pleased with it. Had one issue with assembley where a small thin strip of wood had been made incorrectly and in forcing it that snapped one of the small metal penny sized parts. No spares included which is I think very poor. So the top is held on by 3 of the 4 parts. Also where the drawers had been sprayed and sat drying the paint had pooled a little so it wasn't an even finish all over on one of the drawers. We put that at the bottom so it doesn't notice so much. Apart from that easy to assembled and looks nice. As this was going inside some sliding wardrobes it wasn't such a big deal.
