Skeptical at first, but with a constant neck ache I thought I'd give this a go.First attempt, you'll probably feel worse, but give it a few goes and I've actually found my neck ache does appear to go away .. not permanently but using this on and off appears to help.As to the product, this comes with a frame so you don't have to attach it to a door, which thinking about it I really wonder how you actually manage to do that without your head dragging along the floor - In any case easy to relax into this and I end up pulling the frame away from me to get that slight pull needed. Reasonably happy with this.

Purchased this item to help with extremely painful neck pain. Wasted money.

Best Buy ever, been struggling for 5 years with neck pain tried chiropractor, physio , neck braise heat and cold treatment. Spent 5 minutes in neck hammock and such relief I could not believe how much better I felt all I can say if you suffer with spondylitis try this 👍. Thanks
