Can this be use as a bath toy after hatching, in order to keep full size?

If you are okay with the toy remaining slightly slimy, yes. It never truly hardens

Does each egg come with a tag and the indications of how to use it?

Yes... However, most of the eggs didn't have dinosaurs inside. Had snakes, lizards, dolphins, pretty much anything but dinosaurs.
