I just started making my own English muffins. I prefer a 4 inch size. They are grilled on dry cast iron. This is large enough to make several at the same time. As I flip them, they don't touch each other. I can also push away any semolina flour that became darkened from a previous muffin, so that the current ones don't look too dark. I could not find this size last year, but was grateful to get it now. It cleaned easily. The lid is a perfect fit as well. Very happy with the purchase.

I own between 140 to 150 pieces of cast iron, mostly Lodge. The Chef Collection is awesome, and this dual handle Everyday Pan is no exception. It works great for braising...everything. To boot, it is has a very pleasant design. It is worth every penny.

I appreciate the lighter weight as I don't have great strength in my wrists. Also like it doesn't have a long handle so easier to store and the two side handles make it easier to handle.

This is a very nice pan. It heats evenly and goes nicely into the oven. Still, it’s heavy, which is a drawback for me. Also, it comes with a glass lid, but the packaging includes absolutely no information about the top temperature that the lid can take.

I have changed my review. I didn't know how to properly clean this skillet and I caused it to rust. However, its easy to restore with oil and baking. And now that I know how to clean it (hot water, salt and a wooden spoon) Its actually really easy to clean. We are enjoying the skillet!

The two handles make it easier to handle, the cook was perfect the first time! I just can’t say enough about this skillet!

I love cooking in this pot, everything tastes so wonderful!
