I absolutely love this product. It helps with sleep so much. I take it in the evening and it makes me feel calm and relax, and I usually fall asleep without any problem. Before taking this, I had to take multiple things to help me fall asleep, but with this, I’m very relaxed get a full eight hours of sleep and I even go to bed and wake up much earlier than I used to.

Going through menopause comes insomnia. My husband is a GC and with that comes constant brain activity. This product literally allows your brain to shut down so it can rest and cleanse itself of impurities and toxins. Without this product my husband would have restless leg syndrome, and constant waking. Now, my husband actually gets into a complete deep sleep REM mode. For myself, I sleep so soundly, and no more insomnia! Be ready for bed though, because you'll fall asleep within 20 minutes of taking this. And a bonus with this product, when you wake up you ARE NOT groggy. You wake feeling rested and ready to go. I love this product and we've been using it for 3 years.

I find this very effective for mild anxiety and depression. For those looking for possible appetite control I think the curbing of anxiety is what helps with that. This product does not take away your appetite but it eases anxiety or nervous eating.

This is ashamed since I really like this product. They sent me 100mg bottle instead of 50mg one. The label on the bask side of the bottle( small sticker ) said, 50mg. However, it's actually 100mg capsules inside! How did it happen? Very dangerous! If they are out of stock of 50mg products then they should clearly say so! I realized that other customer wrote bad review because of the same reason.This is extremely poor product management.

The supplement is helpful for getting a good night sleep
