It should be. Microsoft calls it an ergonomic mouse.

Where is the backslash key? I can't see it in the pictures.

The image shows backslash above enter key - but pretty sure the image is a US layout keyboard. However the UK layout (which is what amazon supply) has the following main differences: left shift is smaller (single key size) backslash to right of left shift above left CTRL enter key is a more sensible vertical layout (covering the backslash in the image) rather than the horizontal on US layout # key is to the left of enter (where enter key extends to left on US layout) and of course £ is on shift 3 (instead of #), double quote on shift 2 and @ on "
