Finally, a vitamin B complex that doesn't contain 500% more than you need! Too much of a good thing can actually be a bad thing. This is exactly what I needed!

Great price, works great according to years of blood work. I would prefer it were coated though. Tiny as it is, it is the hardest to swallow because it begins to dissolve quickly an often sticks to the back of my mouth or throat if I am not careful swallowing.

My experience with this B complex vitamin is a great example of how well it works. I’d been dealing with muscle spasms for a couple of weeks, so the Dr told me I might be low on B vitamins. I like these because: they are not a megadose, they have all the B vitamins, they do not use the cyanide (cyanocobalamin) form of B12, and they are reasonably priced. The cyanide form of B12 cannot be used by your body until your liver removes the toxic cyanide from the molecule. The form of B12 in Vispura is methylcobalin, the natural form of B12 that your body uses directly. Reading the ingredients in a number of different B complex vitamins made by different companies, I have been disappointed by the number of companies that (unlike Vispura) are using the inferior form of B12.

I purchased this supplement because it had the B vitamins that I was looking for. So far so good it’s an easy to swallow tablet and I’m happy with them.
