Q: Can the sides be rolled up as well as the front

the sides can come off , they are not designed to be rolled up . you could mod it to roll up though

Q: Can i fix this to a concrete floor so it doesnt blow away?

My husband has his on a stoney driveway and has it attached to fence posts and big rocks to weight it down. You can concrete it into the ground but will need something to tie it down to otherwise. We also found that the side are not very wind proof and ours ripped. Happy otherwise
