What's the difference between $34.99 and $44.99 chair?

I’m not sure but I purchased the 14 inch and it is really small. Like for a 5 year old. Maybe the more expensive one is a 16 inch height? I kept the small one because I have 8 grandkids , however my 8yr old grandson definitely could have used a taller chair at his desk.
